Our flagship 12-month agent development program is the most structured path to agency ownership in District 0750. You'll work embedded inside an established Farmers agency, learn from an experienced agent sponsor, and follow a curriculum built on Craig Wiggins Coaching, Insurance Sales Lab, and Weaver Sales Academy. At graduation, you'll have the skills, the production history, and the support network to launch your own agency with the Retail Bonus program behind you.

Acquisition Agent

Purchase the service and commission rights of an existing Farmers Insurance agency and step into an established book of business with policies, renewals, and clients already in place. The Acquisition program provides financial incentives to external candidates who purchase from existing Farmers agency owners — one of the fastest paths to ownership with immediate renewal income from day one.
Retail Agency Owner
Western Slope, CO
Launch a brand-new Farmers Insurance agency and take advantage of the industry-leading 3-year Retail Bonus Program. Farmers is targeting nearly 1,700 new agency owners in 2026 — one of the largest expansions in the company's 95-year history. Open territories exist across the Colorado Rockies and Western Slope, and District 0750 provides full coaching support from day one through your agency's growth.
Reserve Agent
Western Slope, CO
The Reserve Agent program is a structured path to full agency ownership for candidates who want to prove their production capabilities before signing a full agency contract. Work out of a district office with full support staff, earn commissions on your production, and qualify for a one-time bonus based on net new business commissions earned during the Reserve program. Upon meeting production requirements, transition to a full Farmers Agent contract.

No license yet? No problem. Join a District 0750 agency in a sales support role while completing your P&C licensing. District 0750 agencies actively support the licensing process — study materials, exam fees, and mentorship included at participating locations.
Support & Service Roles
Licensed Customer Service Rep (CSR)
Western Slope
Support the existing book of business for a District 0750 agency — policy service, renewals, endorsements, and client relations. A CSR role at a well-run agency is one of the best ways to learn the insurance business from the inside, and a natural path toward a producer or agent career.
Agency Operations & Admin
